These are the terms and conditions (the Delivery Terms) which apply to the delivery by us to you of goods purchased by you from us online at www.vonoproducts.com
The Home Delivery Service is provided by Vono Furniture Products Limited (referred to here as Vono, we, us and our). Our registered office is at Vono Furniture Products Limited, 326/328, Ilupeju Industrial Estate, Agege Motor Road Lagos State. (Company phone number: 08174589698)
When we refer to you, we mean the purchaser of the goods and user of the Home Delivery Service. We may sub-contract our obligations for the Home Delivery Service to transport service providers of our choice, but we will nevertheless remain responsible for the performance of the Home Delivery Service to you.
We reserve the right to change the Delivery Terms at any time. Any changes to the Delivery Terms will be effective for all new deliveries placed.
Terms of deliveries
We will deliver to door post at the delivery address specified for delivery, it is your responsibility to be available to accept delivery at the delivery address or location on the day of delivery.
We deliver within 3 – 15 working days of purchase accompanied with payment.
For Furniture Items; Delivery takes 3 – 15 working days
For Mattress and Pillows; Delivery takes 2 – 5 working days
Delivery outside Lagos is based on the value of order purchased.
Please note that these orders exclude Bulk purchase. In case of bulk purchase, our Customer service representative will agree with you on the payment.
