DR. MOHAMMED YINUSA
Dr. Mohammed Yinusa is the Group Managing Director/CEO of DN Tyre and Rubber Plc (formerly Dunlop Nigeria Plc) and also Chairman, Board of Directors of Pamol Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary company. He is on the Board of several other organizations. Dr Yinusa holds the degree B.Sc Accounting, Master of Business Administration and an Honourary degree of Doctor of Science (D.Sc) from the European – American University. He is a fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Member, Institute of Directors and the Nigeria Institute of Management; also an Associate member, Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Dr Yinusa was appointed to the Board of Vono Furniture Products Ltd and became the Chairman of the Board on 30th of March, 2016.
MR. CHARLES KOKO
Mr. Koko is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK, Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS). He holds a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance (MBF) and Master of Business Administration (MBA). Amongst several senior Executive positions in the Banking Industry, Mr Koko held the position of Executive Director (Corporate Banking) of FBN (Merchant Bankers) limited from where he retired into private business in 2003. Mr. Koko was appointed a Non-Executive Director on March 30, 2016.
MR. ‘LEKAN SANNI
Mr. Sanni holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Prior to joining Vitafoam as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser in 2010, he had served as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of the then Amicable Assurance plc from 1997 to 2003 and Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to Vono Products plc from 2003 to 2010. Mr. Sanni has attended several senior management courses and taught law at the Lagos State Polytechnic and other private institutions. He currently holds the position of the Group Head, Administration & Legal Services at Vitafoam Nigeria Plc.
MRS. FEYISOLA ABIRU
MRS. Abiru is the founder of Home and You Limited, a furniture manufacturing firm where she currently presides as the MD/CEO. She is a graduate of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; an Alumni of Lagos Business School and Institute of Management Development Business School (IMD) in Switzerland. She is also a member of the Enterprise Development Center, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, and The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2016, she undertook a course on wood paneling at the European Panel Federation in Venice Italy.
With over 24 years working experience as an entrepreneur to her name, it comes as no surprise that under her leadership Home and You has paved a name for herself among the top 20 furniture manufacturing companies in Nigeria. The company has a product portfolio of over 144 quality furniture products and counting, with an impressive client base, ranging from private clients, to corporate organizations and Government agencies.
During her leisure time, she gives back to her society by presiding over the Home and You Training Academy and also mentoring at the FATE foundation.
MR. JOHN BISHOP
Mr. Bishop is the General Manager of Vono Furniture Products Limited and also a non-Executive Director in Vitagreen Nigeria Limited, a Subsidiary of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc. He holds an MBA in International Business Management from Lagos State University. Final Diploma (Physics Electronics) from University of Ibadan, He is an associate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers and also a member of Polymer Institute of Nigeria. Prior to his appointment as the General Manager, Vono Furniture Products Ltd., He was General Manager, Vitablom Nig. Ltd, Factory Manager, Vitafoam Nig. Plc, Process Engineer, Procter & Gamble Nigeria Ltd with over 25 years work experience.
