Refund Policy

Before returning any product, customer shall: (i) write or call the Sales manager or the regional Customer Service Executive in the territory from which the product was purchased; or (ii) call Vono Connect centre on 08099993024 or send sms to 08098686661 or email , and state the date, the original invoice number, the stock number, and a description of the defect. Proof of purchase is required in all cases (invoice & receipt)

Note: All return products that are not accompanied by a Proof of purchase.i.e original copy of invoice of purchase and completed copy of non conforming form will be automatically declined and sent back.


1. The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of factory defect.

2. If the item came with a free promotional item, then the free promotional item must also be returned.

3. The product should still be in re-saleable condition and if possible must be packaged in the original packaging or neatly packaged for return.

4. Upon arrival in our factory, we will conduct a quality check of the product and update you   with our findings, once the defect is confirmed to be factory error; we will proceed with replacement or refund.


Note: Returns of non-conforming products must be done within 7 days of taking delivery of product.


If you decide to cancel your order after we have informed you of a pricing error and you have already paid for the products, we will give you a full refund as soon as reasonably possible (and in any event within thirty (30) days of cancellation).
